Insurance Claims Process

If your home’s exterior has any wind or hail damage, or anything else that requires the involvement of your insurance company, XONE is here to help. Some insurance companies will contract multiple repair companies, which creates a lot of confusion and lengthy waits for repairs to be completed. Here’s how to expedite the process.

Step 1

Call your insurance company to start your claim, and let them know you want XONE to be on their vendor list. Since we deal with exteriors only, we’ll be contracted out as experts, not generalists.

Step 2

XONE will meet with the insurance adjuster at your home to assess the damage, and put up tarps, tape and boards if the damage is extensive. This is when we’ll discuss your material options for the repairs.

Step 3

When your adjuster approves the repairs, we’ll order the materials and schedule a time for delivery and the work to begin.

Step 4

After the work is completed, we’ll do a full inspection of the repairs with you so you can be confident your home is as sound as it was before the damage. After you sign off on the repairs, we’ll issue the warranty certificate, and your home is as good as new.
